Leagues are Now Forming!
Are you ready for some football? Sign up now for our newest Flag Football League! Get your old high school teammates back together to re-claim your childhood glory! We’re currently taking registrations on a first-come first-serve basis, so hurry in!

About the League
Cost:
- Membership Card – $15.00* (good for one year)
- Team Fees $500.00 for 8-Games
- Plus Referee fees
Game Details
- The game will have 22-minute halves
- 7 players will be on the field at a time, with a minimum of 3 women or 3 men on the field at each time.
- Athletic shoes should be worn and each team must wear the same color.
- Games will have two-22 minute halves with the clock stopping in the final minute for incomplete passes, running out of bounds, change of possession, time outs and conversion attempts.
- Gender plays will be called to allow everyone to be involved. A Gender Play occurs after 2 consecutive male to male plays, forcing a team to involve a female in the next play.
- Pushing is prohibited, however basketball-type shielding and screening is allowed as long as physical contact is avoided. Rushing the QB will only be allowed after a 5 count by the referee.
- Flags will be provided by the arena and the ball must be provided by the home team. A player is down after their flag is pulled. The spot of the ball will be placed at the spot they were de-flagged.
- First downs will be determined by where the team starts with the ball. They must cross two cones to get a first down.
- Penalties include normal college football rules, but also include flag-football specific rules. A player with the ball must not shield their flags with their hands. Contact is illegal by rule, and will be called if not incidental. All in progress penalties will be a 5 yard penalty from the spot of the foul other than defensive pass interference and unsportsmanlike conduct. Dead ball penalties will be 5 yards and replay the down.
Equipment
- Flags will be provided.
- Recommended that each player wears athletic or turf shoes.
- Each team is responsible for obtaining a football.
