Salmon Creek Indoor Sports Arena is a family-owned company located in SE Washington. This is a place for friends, family, adults and youth to experience the fun of indoor soccer. We offer adult and youth leagues, Open Play, youth developmental programs, special events (such as tournaments and camps) and rentals of the arena. We opened our doors in the fall of 2000, and ever since then, we have been well-known within the soccer community and in the Portland-metro area.  Stop by, try something new! Our History

Salmon Creek Indoor Sports Arena (SCISA) was not the first indoor soccer facility in Vancouver.  In fact, Vancouver Indoor Sports Arena (our first indoor arena), was opened up for local soccer enthusiasts back in 1995.

Indoor soccer was relatively new to the region, with only Portland Indoor being open at the time.  The idea of bringing indoor soccer to Vancouver was born after one of the owner’s sons outdoor team made the state soccer semifinals, and the field they were to play on was AstroTurf.   At that time, none of the players or even the coaches had played on AstroTurf.  They also did not know where they could practice to gain the feel of the playing surface for the tournament game that was to come the following week.  Unable to find a suitable local location to practice before the big game, the two coaches saw an opportunity to bring the fun and excitement of soccer to Vancouver, and soon after opened Vancouver Indoor Sports Arena.

Eventually Vancouver Indoor closed and moved its operations to a bigger and better arena at Salmon Creek, where more than 5,700 games happen per year. That’s a LOT of soccer!
