Rules of Play
No Shows / Forfeits / Re-Schedules
A. If your scheduled opponent does not show up, or is unable to field a team, your team will be allowed to scrimmage in the times allowed for the game. SCISA cannot guarantee that no show games will be rescheduled; however SCISA will make every attempt necessary to facilitate a rescheduled game. Please notify SCISA immediately of any forfeits or no shows so we can make the appropriate changes on our records.
B. If a team is unable to make a scheduled game it is the manager’s responsibility to inform SCISA as soon as possible. This advance notice allows SCISA to schedule a replacement team. If SCISA does not receive advanced notice, the team will receive a no-show. If SCISA is unable to find a replacement team, your team may be assessed the entire referee fee. SCISA is not responsible for rescheduling games.
C. Any team leaving the field of play prior to the conclusion of the game will forfeit the game and be subject to paying the entire referee fee for that game.
