- 4 field players and a GK
- No offside
- GK can only handle the ball (by feet or hands) for 4 seconds in their own half, no restrictions if keeper is in the opposing half
- GK cannot play by hand any ball passed back including those passed by chest or head
- Only one back pass per possession unless the ball crosses the halfway line or touched by an opponent.
- 22 minute halves, one minute of half time, each coach can call one one-minute time per game when in possession of the ball
- unlimited substitutions made on the fly
- Kick off- opposing players must give at least 3 yards of distance until the ball is played
- Kick ins- When a ball is kicked over the touch line by one team, it becomes the opposing team’s ball. Player has 4 seconds to kick the ball back into play. Defending players must give 5 yards of distance.
- If the ball hits the ceiling, a kick in is taken at the closest point on the nearest touch line.
- Goal cannot be scored from kick ins
- Goal kick- keeper has 4 seconds to throw the ball into play
- Throw must leave penalty box but must touch the ground on own side
- Corner kicks are taken at the corner of the field where the bylines meet
- Absolutely no slide tackling
- Only exception is the keeper as long as the referee deems it in an attempt to go for the ball and not the opponent
- Field player may slide as long as its to attempt to keep the ball from going out of bounds or to stop a goal as long as there is no opponent near them
- general rule to follow: slide by an opponent, assume it will be a foul
- Fouls in the box not deemed Pks will be taken at the nearest point on the penalty arc
- Within 12 yards will be taken at the spot of the foul, Direct FK
- Farther than 12 yards will be a direct FK from the second penalty spot
- Fouls resulting in a Direct Free Kick:
- Kicking or attempting to kick an opponent
- Tripping or attempting to trip an opponent
- Jumping at an opponent
- Charging at an opponent
- Strikes or attempts to strike an opponent
- Pushes an opponent
- Holding an opponent
- Spitting at an opponent
- Sliding
- Send offs
- Handling the ball deliberately (except for GK)
- Denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity
- Player sent off cannot return
- Substitutions are allowed after 2 minutes
- Indirect FKs
- 5 yards of distance from ball and opposing wall
- Ball is in play after being touched
- Team has 4 seconds to take the kick
- If team takes longer, it becomes the opposing team’s ball
