In this video you will be shown the proper methods for substituting in and out of the game with your fellow players. Indoor soccer does not stop for substitutions, like outdoor soccer does, instead it has a more of a hockey style of substitutions. Make sure you are out of the field of play before your teammate comes on to replace you, otherwise you may be sited a 2-minute penalty if you have too many players on the field.
