Class/Camp Refund Request Form

Beginning with our Summer 2026 season, refunds will only be issued for future, unused classes/camps. Refund amounts are prorated based on the date and time notification is received and the number of remaining sessions left in the season.

​Please note that a $25 processing fee will apply if you choose to have your refund returned to your debit/credit card.

Refund Details
  • No refunds or account credits will be issued for classes/camps that have already taken place, regardless of attendance.
  • If a refund is requested, make-up classes for missed classes within that session will no longer be available.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through the Class/Camp Refund Form available below.
  • Make-up classes are only available for participants who remain actively enrolled in the session and must be completed within that same session, subject to availability.

Refund Options
Families may choose one of the following options for any eligible remaining balance:
  • Account Credit
Remaining balance will be added to your account for future use. Account credits remain active for 1 year from the date issued. Any remaining balance after 1 year will be removed from the account.
  • Refund to Original Payment Method
Remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method minus a $25 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued in the form of CASH
