Facility Rules

• Adults must stay on-premises during child classes/games.​
• We encourage you to bring a “non-glass” water bottle or you can purchase a drinks from the front desk/vending machine.
• Sorry, pets are not allowed inside the building.
• Service animals (dogs) are allowed that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.​

Code of Conduct

At Salmon Creek Indoor Sports Arena, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all spectators, players, coaches, and customers. By entering our facility and participating in any activity, you agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct:

1. General Facility Conduct
✅ Treat all staff, referees, players, and spectators with respect.
✅ Follow all posted facility rules and staff instructions.
✅ Keep the facility clean — dispose of trash in designated areas.
✅ Comply with safety guidelines, including emergency evacuation procedures.
✅ Weapons, Alcohol, smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside and outside the facility.
🚫 Unacceptable Behavior

• Aggressive or violent behavior, including physical or verbal abuse.
• Use of foul, offensive, or discriminatory language (including racial slurs).
• Vandalism or destruction of facility property.
• Entering unauthorized areas or tampering with facility equipment.
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with games, classes, or events.

2. Player and Coach Conduct
✅ Display good sportsmanship at all times.
✅ Respect referees’ decisions — they are final.
✅ Compete fairly and with integrity.
✅ Wear proper attire and safety equipment.
🚫 Unacceptable Behavior

• Fighting, taunting, or instigating conflict with other players or referees.
• Excessive or dangerous physical play.
• Use of foul language, trash talk, or insults toward opponents or referees.
• Intentionally delaying the game or violating game rules.
• Playing under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

➔ Consequences:

• Verbal warning, removal from game, suspension, or expulsion depending on the severity of the offense.
• Repeated offenses may result in permanent suspension from the facility.

3. Spectator Conduct
✅ Cheer positively and respectfully for all participants.
✅ Remain in designated spectator areas.
✅ Allow referees and coaches to do their jobs without interference.
🚫 Unacceptable Behavior

• Yelling at referees, players, or coaches.
• Entering the field or player areas unless authorized.
• Using foul or abusive language toward players, coaches, staff, or other spectators.
• Throwing objects or causing disruptions during games or events.
• No noise makers.

➔ Consequences:

• Verbal warning, removal from the facility, or long-term suspension depending on the severity of the offense.
• Repeated offenses may result in permanent banning from the facility.

4. Parent/Guardian Conduct (Youth Programs)
✅ Encourage positive participation from your child and others.
✅ Respect coaches’ decisions and methods.
✅ Ensure your child is on time and properly equipped for games or classes.
🚫 Unacceptable Behavior

• Coaching from the sidelines or interfering with coaches’ decisions.
• Berating players, referees, coaches, or other parents.
• Violating recording policies (see Recording Policy for details).
• Leaving young children unattended in the facility.

• Verbal warning, removal from the facility, or long-term suspension depending on the severity of the offense.

5. Recording and Privacy Policy
✅ Personal recording or photography is permitted in viewing areas (on phones only). 
✅ Coaches and players may access LiveBarn recordings for review purposes.
🚫 Unacceptable Behavior

• Professional cameras and recording devices are not permitted without prior approval.
• No recording from player boxes during adult and youth league games.
• No unauthorized use of player or customer images for promotional purposes.

6. Enforcement and Accountability

• Salmon Creek Indoor staff and management have the authority to enforce this Code of Conduct.
• Violations will be handled immediately and may result in warnings, suspensions, or bans.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating this Code of Conduct.
• Severe or repeated offenses may result in legal action if warranted.

By participating in any event or visiting Salmon Creek Indoor Sports Arena, you acknowledge and agree to follow this Code of Conduct. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for all.

Recording & Camera Policy

To maintain the privacy and experience of all guests, players, and staff, we have established the following policy regarding the use of cameras and recording devices within our facility:

​General Policy

• Professional cameras and video recording devices are not permitted in the facility.
• Cell phone cameras are allowed throughout the facility, with specific restrictions outlined below.

​Adult & Youth League/Tournament Games

• No recording or photography of any kind is permitted in the player boxes during adult and youth league/tournament games.
• Players, coaches, and managers may access game footage through our LiveBarn service for a nominal monthly fee.

Lil' Kickers & Skills Institute Classes

• In Parent/Child classes, parents may use their phones to record or take photos on the field. For all other classes, you may use your phones in the viewing areas only.
• We kindly ask that parents focus on their own children and avoid capturing other children in their recordings or photos.

Exceptions & Enforcement

• Facility staff reserve the right to ask any guest to stop recording or taking photos if it violates this policy or disrupts the experience of others.
• Guests who fail to comply with this policy may be asked to leave the premises.
