Youth Winter League — Team Waitlist
This form is for coaches and team managers who would like to register a team for our Competitive Winter Youth League, but whose desired division is currently full.
Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot in the league. Teams will be contacted if a spot becomes available due to an additional division opening or another team dropping out before the season begins.
Winter Youth League Details
If a spot becomes available for your team, we will contact you using the information provided on this form. A $200 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your team's spot.
Important Waitlist Information
When a spot becomes available, we may provide a specific deadline for your team to respond and secure the opening. This allows us to fill available spots quickly and ensures that every team on the waitlist has a fair opportunity to participate.
If we do not receive a response by the stated deadline, we may offer the spot to the next team on the waitlist.

Winter Youth League Details
- Session: November 14 – February 14
- Length: 12-week session
- Age Groups: U10/U11, U12/U13, and U14/U15
- Team Fee: $1,680
- Typical Game Days: Boys will primarily play on Saturdays and girls will primarily play on Sundays. However, occasional weekday games may be scheduled based on league scheduling needs.
