Salmon Creek Indoor offers year-round adult indoor soccer leagues for men's, women's and coed teams, with divisions ranging from beginner/recreational to highly competitive.
Whether you're looking to build a competitive team, play recreational soccer with friends, or get back into the game, we have a league for you. Our adult leagues feature professionally maintained indoor turf, experienced referees, organized scheduling and a welcoming soccer community.

Adult League Quick Facts
- League Types: Men's, Women's, Coed & Age-Group
- Skill Levels: A, B, C & D
- Season Length: 10 weeks
- Games: 9 or 10 games depending on league night
- Team Fees: $130 per scheduled game (# of games depends on the league's scheduled night and the session calendar)
- 10-game leagues: $1,300/team
- 9-game leagues: $1,170/team
- Game Length: 44 min (Two 22-min halves)
- Game Days: Monday–Sunday, depending on division

Division placement is based on the overall ability of the team. Salmon Creek Indoor reserves the right to move teams between divisions when necessary to maintain competitive and appropriate play.
Before You Register
Please make sure your team understands:
- Your team is committing to the entire 9- or 10-game session.
- The $200 deposit is non-refundable.
- Team fees remain due even if your team withdraws after registering.
- Your team must be available for its assigned league night and scheduled games.
- Schedule requests are not guaranteed.
- Players participating on multiple teams are responsible for managing their own schedules.
- All players need a current membership and waiver.
- Players must have both light and dark shirts.
- All players and teams must follow Salmon Creek Indoor rules and disciplinary policies.
How to Register

Bring both a light and dark shirt to every game and arrive ready to play.

Scheduling Policy
Salmon Creek Indoor makes every effort to create fair and balanced schedules while considering legitimate team scheduling needs. Schedule requests are not guaranteed, and submitting a request does not create an obligation for Salmon Creek Indoor to accommodate it. Teams are responsible for ensuring they can participate on their assigned league night and at all scheduled game times.
Teams are responsible for being available for all games scheduled on their assigned league night. Salmon Creek Indoor will make reasonable efforts to consider legitimate team-wide scheduling requests, but requests are not guaranteed.
Schedule Requests
Player Availability
Teams are responsible for managing their own player availability.
The following are considered individual player conflicts and are not generally grounds for a schedule change:
Players Participating on Multiple Teams
Players may participate on multiple teams; however, conflicts created by a player's participation on multiple teams are considered an individual player conflict and will not be used as a basis for avoiding scheduled games or requiring schedule changes.
Team-Wide Conflicts
Legitimate team-wide conflicts may be submitted for consideration before the scheduling deadline. Salmon Creek Indoor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests when possible, but maintaining a fair and workable schedule for the entire league takes priority.
Scheduling Expectations
Teams must be able to play on their assigned league night and should expect games to be scheduled throughout the available time range for that night.
Teams are responsible for being available for all games scheduled on their assigned league night. Salmon Creek Indoor will make reasonable efforts to consider legitimate team-wide scheduling requests, but requests are not guaranteed.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a team's spot in a league.
The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule below. Teams are responsible for ensuring that their account remains current throughout the season.
Week 1: Minimum $300 paid
Week 2: Minimum $400 paid
Week 3: Minimum $500 paid
Week 4: Team fees must be paid in full
Teams with outstanding balances after the Week 4 deadline may be removed from the schedule and/or prevented from participating until their account is brought current.
Teams are responsible for the full team fee once registered. Dropping from the league after registration does not eliminate the team's financial obligation.
Early Payment Incentive: Teams that pay their full team balance before their first scheduled game will receive a $50 credit toward the immediately following session. The credit must be used by the same team in the next consecutive session and has no cash value. Player Box Policy
Only players who are actively participating in the game may be in the player box.
This includes substitutes who are waiting to enter the game. Anyone who is not an active player—including injured players, managers who are not playing, children, family members, friends and spectators—must remain in the designated viewing area.

Player & Sportsmanship Expectations
Salmon Creek Indoor is committed to providing a competitive, fun and respectful environment for players, referees and staff.
Players and team managers are expected to treat referees, opponents and facility staff respectfully. Verbal abuse, threats, harassment, discriminatory language or confrontational behavior toward referees or staff may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the league.
If you disagree with a referee's decision, do not confront the referee during play. Managers may submit a referee evaluation after the game using our referee evaluation form.
