Salmon Creek Indoor membership is required for all players. Membership pricing: $30 individual ($60 family). Non-members and players with an expired membership are ineligible for games and cannot be on a team roster. Substitute players may purchase a $8 Temporary Day Membership instead of annual membership. All participants must have a current signed waiver, which can be completed online.
All players for adult leagues must be at least 16 years of age (with parent permission/waiver signed) to participate in Salmon Creek Indoor adult programs. No exceptions. Once you turn 18, you are an adult and sign your own waivers and have your own account. We may require players to verify their age via identification. If we cannot confirm their age, we would potentially not allow the player to play until verification of age is confirmed.
Player Box Policy:For Adult Leagues/Tournaments, only actively participating players are allowed in the player box area. If you are not playing, please move to the viewing area outside of the player box. This includes players who are injured and watching their team, children, family members, spouses, and other non-players. This policy is in place to help keep all staff, players, and referees safe and avoid any abuse to those that are actively playing. It also helps our referees focus on the game and not on people that are in the player box who should not be there. Our staff will ask you to kindly move to the viewing area if you are in the player box.

Sportsmanship - Players
Treat opponents the way you would like to be treated, as a guest or friend. Who better than yourselves can understand all the hard work and team effort that is required of your sport?
Wish opponents good luck before the game and congratulate them in a courteous manner following either victory or defeat.
Respect the integrity and judgment of game officials. The officials are doing their best to help promote you and your sport. Treating them with respect, even if you disagree with their judgment, will only make a positive impression of you and your team in the eyes of the officials and all the people at the event.
